The lubricants GYMLUBER, along with the other products of FULLGYM line, have been carefully designed specially for treadmills; they are produced by Sport Performer srl, the world leader in lubricants for sport (since 1934), which also markets them with absolutely the best ratio quality/price for consumers.

They create a very thin and extremely sliding film between the running belt and the underlying platform from wood, plastic or metal, dissolving the friction between the belt and the platform almost completely.

No, the loosening of the tape or any other operation is not required. The lubricant is applied in a very simple way, without any stress; you have just to let the lubricant flow under the belt by the straw that comes with the bottle and then activating the pump with an easy finger pressure, as you can see in the video demonstration posted in the home page of this web site.

The correct lubrication of the interface belt/platform extends the life of the belt itself and of the electric engine considerably, thus it minimizes the costs of repair & replacement. In addition to that, a correct lubrication makes the belt’s rolling more fluid and less noisly. Then, the data that appear on the console (speed, time, distance, Kcal consumed, etc.) become more consistent with the data of the electric engine’s stress on which the instruments have been calibrated. Last but not least, a proper lubrication reduces the consumption of electricity, as much as 30% (according to the survey we have conducted).

The lubrication interval depends very much on the use that you make of the treadmill; in other words, it depends on the average speed of the race/walk developed by the user, since the wear of the lubricant is determined by the friction and the heat generated by the speed with which the belt is running on the platform. The indications reported here after have emerged from our tests.

25 ml of lubricant are normally requested for a correct lubrication; therefore, 10 operations can be performed with a 250 ml bottle.

Yes, they are compatible with the treadmills of any brand, as their composition makes them chemically inert.

First of all, it must be said that both products are the result of our extraordinary experience of over 80 years in the field of lubricants for sports equipment; it has allowed us to make two highly performing products, which differ each other very slightly in terms of technical features. Most important, they both offer an optimum ratio quality/price. SYNT 33 is a lubricant made from a mixture of polyolefins and long-chain alkanes, delivering an extreme resistance to friction, pressure, evaporation, without any production of gummy deposits. SIL 21 is a lubricant made from a mixture of silicones and long chain alkanes, delivering a very high resistance to friction, pressure and evaporation, with a very small production of gummy deposits (in general, it is recommended to clean the internal face of the belt every 4 lubrications, simply with a cloth or a paper towel).

The bottles of SYNT 33 and SIL 21 contain exclusively pure lubricant. The straw 40 cm long, provided with each bottle, allows you to lubricate the center of the belt easily, without spreading fumes in the air (they are very often harmful to health) and unpleasant odors, thanks also to the fact that SYNT 33 and SIL 21 are free from distillates and propellants. Moreover, this method of application avoids the risk of dispersing the lubricant out of the area to be lubricated. It has also to be taken into consideration that spray cans have a net content lower than the total content indicated in the label, as the lubricant must be mixed with distillates and propelling gases. The actual amount of lubricant contained in our bottle of 250 ml is, in most of cases, 8 times larger than the pure lubricant contained in a spray can of 200 ml. That is why we can proudly say that SYNT 33 and SIL 21 present an excellent ratio between price and quality-quantity.

SYNT SIL 33 and SIL 21 do not contain PBT or vPvB substances (Persistent, Bioaccumulative and Toxic – very Persistent and very Bioaccumulative) and other substances classified as hazardous to health or to the Environment, according to Directive 67/548 / EEC and/or Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 (CLP). So, they do not spread harmful micro-particles in houses/buildings, in the air and in the Environment. As a precaution it is recommended to keep the product away from children, who might mistake it for a drink or a toy.

SYNT 33 is perfectly suitable for lubricating also other fitness and gym machines where two surfaces slide over each other, whether the interface is from synthetic material/any other material, or the interface is from metal/metal.

SIL 21 is suitable also for other fitness and gym machines where the interface is from synthetic material/any other material; it is not suitable for the interfaces metal/metal.
